The travel industry has gone through some big changes, and the way you do business is different than it once was. While not all of the changes have been positive ones, some have given us much to be thankful for.
Let your clients and customers know that you are thankful for their business - without them, you would not be doing what you do. A simple card or note at holiday time lets them know you are thinking of them.
When your customers are happy, you look good! Be thankful to all the suppliers - tour operators, airlines, hotels, etc. who have satisfied your clients and provided them with vacations to remember. If you are a member of a host-agency, let them know what they are doing right, and how they have helped you with your travel agency’s operation.
Let’s all be grateful for the advances that technology has brought us. Things keep changing and developing to make our work easier, and putting so much information at our fingertips.
